We host hands-on baking classes, seasonal workshops, and special events for all ages. Join us for a cozy night of learning, creating, and having fun in the BakeShop.

Spots are limited to keep classes intimate.
Jan 2- Rustic Focaccia & Herbs- Learn how to make a soft, olive-oil-rich focaccia dough and decorate it with fresh herbs. A beautiful (and delicious) introduction to bread baking.
Jan 9- Sweet Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls- Create soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls using sourdough. We'll cover enriched dough, rolling, filling, icing, and tips for baking later at home.
Jan 16- Intro to Artisan Sourdough- A beginner-friendly introduction to sourdough bread. Learn starter basics, mixing, folding, shaping, and how to bake confidently at home.
Jan 23- Cozy Winter Loaves- Perfect for cold days. We'll focus on comforting quick breads and loaves that are simple, versatlie, and great for everyday baking.
Jan 30- Tea & Scones- A relaxed, cozy evening baking classic scones. Learn proper mixing, shaping, and baking- perfect for pairing with tea or coffee.
Classes are beginner-friendly
Recommended for 14+ (however, all ages are welcome to sign-up and attend)
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early
Aprons encouraged but not required
Tickets must be purchased in advance
