We host hands-on baking classes, seasonal workshops, and special events for all ages. Join us for a cozy night of learning, creating, and having fun in the BakeShop.
Every Friday 6:00-8:00 PM- The Bakeshop- 203 Racine Dr, Wilmington, NC
Kids classes are earlier in the day! So be sure to double check times!

Spots are limited to keep classes intimate.
March 6 – Sourdough Sheet Tray Pizza
Bake a sheet tray focaccia pizza with assorted toppings in class and prepare dough to take home.
March 13 – Sourdough Irish Soda Bread & Compound Butter
Prepare dough to bake at home, make compound butter to take home, and enjoy soda bread samples during class.
March 14 – Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (Saturday Class)
Prepare cinnamon rolls to bake at home and enjoy freshly baked rolls during class.
March 20 – Kids Lucky Charm Sugar Cookies (Friday 5-7pm)
Kids will mix dough and bake 6 colorful Lucky Charm sugar cookies.
March 27 – Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Make cinnamon rolls to bake at home and taste freshly baked rolls in class.
Classes are beginner-friendly
Recommended for 14+ (however, all ages are welcome to sign-up and attend)
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early
Aprons encouraged but not required
Tickets must be purchased in advance
Once paid please follow-up with an email with your name, class name and contact info, so we can attach with payment receipt.
Vegan options are available upon request.
If you would like your class prepared with vegan ingredient substitutions, please select the “Make My Class Vegan” option at checkout and include the request in your confirmation email.
Traditional recipes will also be prepared during class.
